تجديد ترخيص شركة غاز الشرق رقم (5) لمدة 25 عامًا​

أعلنت شركة غاز الشرق عن صدور موافقة وزارة الطاقة على تجديد ترخيص الشركة رقم (5) لمدة خمسة وعشرين (25) سنة ميلادية، 

تبدأ اعتبارًا من 30 يونيو 2025م، وذلك في إطار حرص الوزارة على تنظيم قطاع الطاقة وضمان استدامة وكفاءة خدمات توزيع الغاز في المملكة.

ويأتي هذا التجديد تأكيدًا لثقة وزارة الطاقة في التزام شركة غاز الشرق بالأنظمة واللوائح المعتمدة، وامتثالها لمتطلبات السلامة والتشغيل،

 ودعمًا لاستمرار دورها في تشغيل وتطوير شبكة توزيع الغاز الجاف وفق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير المعتمدة.

وأكدت الشركة أن هذا الدعم المستمر من وزارة الطاقة يُسهم في تعزيز استقرار أعمالها، ويدعم خططها الاستراتيجية طويلة المدى، 

بما ينعكس إيجابًا على موثوقية الإمدادات وجودة الخدمات المقدمة لعملائها، وبما يخدم مستهدفات قطاع الطاقة في المملكة.

East Gas Company’s License No. (5) Renewed for a Period of 25 Years

East Gas Company announced that it has received the approval of the Ministry of Energy to renew the Company’s License No. (5) for a period of twenty-five (25) calendar years, commencing on 30 June 2025. This comes as part of the Ministry’s commitment to regulating the energy sector and ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of gas distribution services in the Kingdom.

This renewal reaffirms the Ministry of Energy’s confidence in East Gas Company’s compliance with the approved laws and regulations, its adherence to safety and operational requirements, and its continued role in operating and developing the dry gas distribution network in accordance with best practices and approved standards.

The Company confirmed that this continued support from the Ministry of Energy contributes to enhancing the stability of its operations and supports its long-term strategic plans, positively reflecting on the reliability of supply and the quality of services provided to its customers, while serving the objectives of the energy sector in the Kingdom.
