شركة غاز الشرق تُخطر عملاءها بتعديل أسعار الغاز الجاف (غاز البيع)

أعلنت شركة غاز الشرق عن تلقيها إشعارًا من شركة أرامكو السعودية يفيد بتعديل سعر بيع الغاز الجاف اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2025م، حيث أصبح سعر البيع 2.15 دولار أمريكي (ما يعادل 8.0625 ريال سعودي) لكل مليون وحدة حرارية بريطانية، بدلاً من 1.75 دولار أمريكي (6.5625 ريال سعودي).
وبموجب هذا التعديل، بلغ السعر الإجمالي للغاز الجاف شاملًا تعرفة خدمة توزيع الغاز 9.5925 ريال سعودي لكل مليون وحدة حرارية بريطانية، وذلك ابتداءً من التاريخ المذكور.
وأوضحت الشركة أن هذا الإشعار يُعد ملحقًا لاتفاقية إمداد الغاز الجاف (غاز البيع) المبرمة مع العملاء، مع الإبقاء على جميع البنود الأخرى للاتفاقية دون أي تغيير، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على الشفافية وإحاطة عملائها بكافة المستجدات.
East Gas Company Notifies Its Customers of an Adjustment to Dry Gas Prices (Sales Gas)

East Gas Company announced that it has received a notification from Saudi Aramco regarding an adjustment to the selling price of dry gas, effective 1 January 2025. Accordingly, the selling price has become USD 2.15 — equivalent to SAR 8.0625 — per million British thermal units, instead of USD 1.75 — equivalent to SAR 6.5625.
Pursuant to this adjustment, the total price of dry gas, including the gas distribution service tariff, has reached SAR 9.5925 per million British thermal units, effective from the aforementioned date.
The Company clarified that this notification constitutes an addendum to the Dry Gas Supply Agreement (Sales Gas) concluded with its customers, while all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged, in line with the Company’s commitment to transparency and to keeping its customers informed of all updates.
